Renee Young has been working as a broadcaster in WWE for several years now, and her hard work has certainly paid off lately. The company announced this week that she is now a permanent member of the commentary team for Raw, making her the first female to officially join the announcer’s desk for one of WWE’s major programs. Days after joining the commentary team, WWE uploaded a video of Young’s original audition with the company back in 2012. Young was asked to sell a pet grooming product to the officials in the room with her. Obviously, they were impressed and eventually hired the broadcaster. The full and complete audition tape can now be found in the “Hidden Gems” section of the WWE Network.

Fans of the “Broken Universe” that The Hardy Boyz presented during the finals few months in Impact Wrestling got to see “Woken” Matt Hardy on Monday Night Raw. While Jeff Hardy made a brief cameo as Brother Nero in “The Ultimate Deletion” match several months ago, Jeff has not portrayed the character ever since then. However, as viewers of SmackDown know, Hardy will be taking on Randy Orton in a Hell in a Cell match during the pay-per-view of the same name this weekend, and the former WWE Champion just teased bringing the Brother Nero character back in order to help him win the match during a recent media call. Randy Orton and possibly Brother Nero will do battle at Hell in a Cell this Sunday night.
“Yeah, I think so. I mean, I kind of feel like me wearing the face paint now, and breaking out the white contacts – it’s like a modified version of Brother Nero. And that might take a completely drastic turn this Sunday at Hell In A Cell. I might really go all out as Brother Nero. And who knows? You might even see Willow. He may pop up here. From the Broken Universe, anything is possible!” Hardy said.
Remember that time that Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt faced each other at WWE Payback in 2017? It was there that Orton and Wyatt competed in what was called a “House of Horrors” match. The two wrestlers brawled in a home before eventually making their way back to the arena. It appears now that the unusual match will be featured in this year’s edition of WWE 2K19. A new trailer from 2K Games shows that players will be able to revisit the House of Horrors with any character featured in the game this year. The one and only House of Horrors match in WWE history will be available in the new WWE 2K19 video game, which will be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 9th of this year.
