NXT superstar Matt Riddle took to Twitter this morning to comment on the last week of his WWE career. Riddle had a poor showing at this year’s Royal Rumble matchup, entering at #23 and being tossed 90 seconds later from King of the Ring winner Baron Corbin.
However, he bounced back on this week’s episode of NXT when he and partner Pete Dunne, now known as the Broserweights, defeated NXT UK’s Grizzled Young Veterans to win the 2020 Dusty Rhodes tag team tournament.
Riddle writes, “What a week for the Bro! Started off a little bumpy at the rumble but then it did a complete 360 when Pete and myself won the Dusty Cup! Enjoy these photos of the Broserweights and our success.”

The Broserweights will face the Undisputed Era for the NXT tag titles at Takeover Portland in two weeks.
