WWE Likely to Trial 205 Live Tour Again; WWE Raw Not Selling Out Like Past Years

— With the recent emphasis on the Cruiserweights on 205 Live, there is talk once again of attempting another live events tour with the brand, possibly in May or June but also as late as September.

— At this time of the year, usually all Raw shows leading up to WrestleMania end up selling out but this year may be different. As of this writing, the 3/12 show in Detroit – which has historically been on the company’s strongest markets – is looking at about 10,000 – 11,000 while the 3/19 show in Dallas is expected to sell out with 14,000 tickets. The Dallas show is a pleasant surprise given that WWE is running Smackdown in the same building the next night. The 3/26 Raw in Cleveland is unlikely to sell out while the last Raw before WrestleMania in Atlanta on 4/2 is too far away to predict.
