— Ric Flair was scheduled to appear at an NWA-All Star Wrestling indy show in Oakwood, Virginia yesterday, but WWE made the decision to pull him from the appearance. Due to the WWE’s decision to pull Ric Flair from the show, the Twin Valley Athletic Boosters and NWA-All Star Wrestling decided to cancel the show altogether. The following message was posted on the official Twin Valley website urging fans to complain to WWE headquarters by calling their phone number:
The Great Buchanan Bash has been Cancelled.
Due to the WWE’s decision to pull Ric Flair from the show, the Twin Valley Athletic Boosters and NWA- All Star Wrestling have agreed to cancel the June 28th show. Ticket holders may return their tickets to the person or place of purchase and receive a FULL REFUND. These refunds will be given out until June 28th. We regretfully apologize for any inconvenience that the cancellation may have caused.
We ask that all complaints or comments of displeasure be directed to the WWE headquarters at 203-352-8600.
