The Revival Returns From Injury on WWE Raw, Former Champion Suffers Storyline “Injury” at the Hands of The Bar

Scott Dawson and Dash WIlder have had a rough time since joining the WWE main roster earlier this year, but after five months off television The Revival is finally back on Monday Night Raw. The former NXT Tag Team Champions returned to action defeating Rhyno and Heath Slater in the final hour of this week’s show.

Dash and Dawson made their main roster debut the night after WrestleMania 33, immediately entering into a feud with The New Day. Unfortunately, Dash suffered a fractured jaw less than two weeks into their run on Raw, setting the team back two months. A few weeks after his partner returned, Dawson suffered a torn biceps injury that has kept him on the injured list since July.

Dean Ambrose Suffers Storyline Injury

While The Revival is finally back on track after a legitimate serious of injuries, it appears that members of The Shield may have been written off with set of storyline injuries. During a six-man tag team match on this week’s Monday Night Raw, the “Lunatic Fringe” Dean Ambrose went down clutching his arm following a suicide dive from Seth Rollins that inadvertently took him out in the process.

It was announced that Ambrose had suffered some kind of injury, and that he was currently being evaluated by WWE doctors. Before he could be examined, Samoa Joe and The Bar caught up with him and Seth Rollins backstage to finish picking them apart. No word yet on whether or not the Shield brothers will be off television or unable to compete on next week’s Raw, but we’ll keep you posted.
