PSG have confirmed the arrival of Nordi Mukiele (24) from RB Leipzig on a five-year contract. The French full-back joins the French champions despite late interest from Chelsea. He arrives from the Bundesliga for an undisclosed fee.
PSG have repatriated the French international defender after a successful four-year spell in Germany. Having joined Leipzig for £14.4m in 2018, he went on to make 100 Bundesliga appearances for the club, as well as forcing himself into Didier Deschamps’ France squad.
It was reported by L’Équipe that Luis Campos hoped to complete the signings of Mukiele and of Renato Sanches (24) before the club’s return to the Camp des Loges on Wednesday. In a press conference on the club’s tour of Japan, Christophe Galtier said that he was potentially expecting five signings during the current window.

Having come through the academy at Parisian rivals Paris FC, Mukiele will now return to the French capital, and he has committed to the club until June 2027.
