Lyon have this afternoon announced the return of midfielder Tanguy Ndombele to the club, on a loan deal from Tottenham Hotspur until the end of the season.
Les Gones will pay an initial loan fee of €1.42m, while the deal also includes a permanent option at the end of the campaign.
The 25-year-old returns to Ligue 1 after his 2019 transfer to Spurs, having been limited in game time this season and subsequently linked to a loan move to PSG. With Les Parisiens unable to make space in their squad, it’s Ndombele’s former club who have secured his services until the end of the season.
