RMC Sport report that Ligue 1 side Rennes have moved on to attempt to sign 30-year-old Belgian international and Hertha Berlin central defender Dedryck Boyata, after being rebuffed in their efforts to land Loïc Badé from Lens.
Boyata is interested by the SRFC project and is due to hold a phone conversation with manager Bruno Genesio in the coming days.
