Kylian Mbappé had a training ground bust-up last week

Kylian Mbappé had a training ground bust-up last Tuesday with Monaco team-mate Andrea Raggi, which resulted in the French teenager being excluded from the Principality side’s squad last weekend against Metz, according to L’Équipe.

The altercation, which included insults being hurled in all directions, led to Mbappé being excluded from training by the technical staff, only for the Frenchman to refuse to leave the pitch.

As a result, the entire training session was moved to another pitch instead, leaving Mbappé to stand petulantly, alone. Neither Raggi nor Mbappé was included in the squad to face Metz last weekend, both punished for the incident.

Mbappé has told everyone from team-mates to club representatives of his desire to join PSG. But PSG have not yet made a bid for Mbappé, according to the French newspaper. ASM are said to be ready to begin negotiations at €180m, but, even if PSG don’t sign the player, they profit from this situation. Mbappé has isolated himself entirely from his team-mates, will he ever be able to find his way back into being an integral and respected part of Monaco’s squad again?
