In an interview with La Provence, Spanish right-back Javier Manquillo talked about the differences in terms of atmospheres at the home grounds for the clubs he has played for to date.
“In terms of atmosphere, Marseille and Atletico are very similar. The songs and the noise lasts the entire match. At Liverpool, it is quieter. They start by singing, but the atmosphere drops off after. Really honestly, I prefer the atmospheres at Madrid and Marseille.”
