Mike is one of the most energetic guys I know, and he has to be- he has EIGHT kids! He runs the Seattle Speed Track Club in Seattle, WA, and has had fantastic success developing youth athletes.
His daughter Hannah broke numerous high school sprint records and recently ran a blazing 10.99 in the 100m dash at 20 years of age. Oh, and that’s not all- his son Sam is ranked as one of ESPN’s top 40 high school basketball recruits! Mike is a serious coach with a proven track record.
Mike rarely discusses training but he delivered in his interview. He dives right in and gives specific examples from his program. No airy-fairy answers, no theory. His is a presentation you do not want to miss- and there are over a DOZEN more top quality sessions!
