Main Show:
– Chris Sabin def. Scorpio Sky. After the match, Alex Shelley grabbed the mic and claimed that he will be stepping away from wrestling and told Sabin to fulfill his dreams and start by winning The ROH TV Title. Punishment Martinez attacked Sabin and Shelley. Scorpio Sky chased Martinez away.
– Karen Q def. Jenny Rose off a distraction by Kelly Klein.
– FR Josie vs. Eli Isom ended in a no-contest in a Top Prospect Tournament Match. Jeff Cobb debuted by attacking both wrestlers.
– Kenny King def. “The Villain” Marty Scurll.
– Christopher Daniels def. Jay Briscoe by DQ when Mark Briscoe interfered.
– Flip Gordon def. Silas Young.
– ROH World Champion Jay Lethal def. Jonathan Gresham in a 30-Minute Iron Man Match to retain The ROH World Title. They were tied at the end of 30 minutes. Lethal won an overtime fall.
– Women Of Honor Champion Sumie Sakai def. Madison Rayne to retain The Women Of Honor Title.
– Shane Taylor def. Josh “The Goods” Woods.
– Marcus Kross vs Charles Zanders fought to a no-contest in a Top Prospect Tournament Match when Jeff Cobb interfered.
– Chuck Taylor & Trent Barreta def. Silas Young & Bully Ray. Bully walked out on Young.
– Frankie Kazarian def. Mark Briscoe.
– Beer City Bruiser & Brian Milonas def. The Dawgs and Cheeseburger & Ryan Nova in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match.
– Cody & The Young Bucks def. The Kingdom to win The ROH World Six Man Tag Team Titles. Nick Aldis was on commentary for the match.
